Hairston Racing Sets Pro Street National Speed Record

The Hairston Motorsports and Racing sets the Pro Street national speed record. The Jerry Bickel Race Cars built 2007 Pro Street GTO featuring a 377CID Duttweiler built small block set the record at the recently completed West Coast Hot Rod Association "Shootout at Sundown" race held at the famous Auto Club Famoso Raceway in Bakersfield California. The new record is 230.23 MPH!! In addition to setting the MPH, Hairston Racing set low ET at 6.27 and won the race.
Clint "The Milkman" Hairston commented the "considering the density altitute adjustment at over 3000 feet, the car hauled butt".
