Full Length Headers for 28-48 Ford Chassis
Patriot Exhaust Products has recently introduced a full-length chassis exit header designed to fit small block Chevy’s in the popular 28-48 Ford chassis. Header part number H8018 uses longer 1 1/2” primary tubes, which results in more horsepower and torque when compared to tight tuck or block hugger styles.
The header tucks very close to the engine for maximum frame rail clearance, fits with most angle plug heads and side or front motor mounts. Header clearance permits Vega, Mustang, Saginaw or stock steering to be used.
Part number H8018 comes with a raw finish for individual customizing or with Patriot’s very popular metallic ceramic coating for increased resistance to corrosion and thermal fatigue part number H8018-1.
